Machined in house from our custom 6061-T6 extrusion. Unlike many manufacturers who simply cut holes and slots in their extrusion, every surface of the exterior is CNC machined to ensure a uniform and flat surface. Our 4140 steel barrel nut does not need to be indexed for gas tube clearance, and installs with a standard castle nut wrench. No custom made tooling required. Lifetime Guarantee
