RECEIVER SET:
Our in house machined AR15 billet lower/upper receivers are machined from a solid brick of 7075-T6 aluminum to provide a higher quality tier over 6061-T6. All of the critical features and dimensions are cut in a single operation, ensuring that every receiver is perfectly in spec. We then broach the magazine well for a perfect magazine fit, hand deburr, and tumble before coating. These builds also have an integrated ambidextrous bolt catch, offering a functional and sleek feature. The receiver bolt catch holes are threaded for included screws, eliminating your standard roll pin. The rear detent is also retained by a threaded cap screw making maintenance a breeze.
Our billet uppers are also made from 7075-T6 aluminum and are matched with the lower. The upper features a forward assist and is built to withstand heavy use.
HANDGUARD:
The upper receiver is paired with a 13” 6061-T6 CNC machined billet handguard. The MLOK handguard features superior tensile strength and is designed to endure heavy impact without throwing your iron sights or optic out of alignment. The handguard mates direct to the upper and features anti-rotational tabs. The handguard is installed using our steel low profile barrel nut which requires no timing as it fits under the gas system.
BARREL:
The 16" barrel is produced from raw bar stock to finished product. The barrel is properly stress relieved after rifling, and extensions are torqued after nitride. Superior quality control system ensures that all barrels are dimensionally correct and bores fall well within their individual tolerance.

BOLT CARRIER GROUP:
Properly Built. No Corners Cut. 100% USA Made. Lifetime Guarantee. The BCG is a critical component with the most moving parts. We designed these BCG to run and run hard. Better yet, we coated the carrier in our performance XSlick+ "MultiCam" coating to increase cyclic rate, decrease friction, provide ease of cleaning and offer better resistance to heat and the elements.

MUZZLE DEVICE:
Our HADES 2 Muzzle Device is made in house and is a hybrid compensator by design. The HADES provides some of the best performance on the market and has up to a 90% reduction of muzzle rise and muzzle sway while reducing felt recoil to a point of non-exsistance. The Gen2 HADES is patterned to reduce gas blowback while keeping the volume at an acceptable level on high pressure cartridges.
GAS SYSTEM:
The .750 gas block is machined from 4140 pre-hardened steel with H&M Black Nitride coating. The gas tube is machined from seamless stainless steel tubing. As always you have comfort that even the smaller parts are USA Made.
LOWER PARTS - 3.5LB TRIGGER
Contained within the lower we use 100% USA Made parts, all the way down to the very spring and detent. This milspec parts kit includes a trigger and hammer made from 8620 Steel Phosphate coated. We tune all our triggers at installation to ensure a crisp, no slop, trigger pull. The fire control group features a 3.5LB trigger pull and is secured with a set of our anti-walk pins. This model also features our Extended takedown pins set. Our pins are extended on both ends allowing for disassembly without tools. The pistol grip is made by Reptilia Corp for comfort and ease of safety selector manipulation.
UPPER PARTS
PAMAX Billet Ambidextrous Charging Handle. A milspec forward assist and a “" clear poly" dust cover installed. The dust cover is rated for heat and offers a nice view of the XSlick BCG.
BUFFER TUBE & STOCK
Our buffer tubes are CNC machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and are significantly stronger then generic forged 6061 tubes. Our castle nut is properly torqued and staked to prevent movement. The endplate has a Phosphate finish and features ambidextrous loops for sling attachments. The buffer is 3oz and the spring is made from music wire steel. USA Made Adaptive Tactical Stock system that provides superior comfort and control. Stock features multiple sling points with integrated quick disconnect swivels.
