These complete uppers have been assembled. They are ready to ship and are plug and play. These uppers are built with a 10.5” barrel that highlights precision accuracy over other brands. These are outstanding uppers at a great price point.
Billet CNC uppers are also made from 7075-T6 aluminum. Built to run and be abused.
The upper receiver is paired with a 9.89” 6061-T6 CNC machined billet handguard. The MLOK handguard features superior tensile strength and is designed to endure heavy impact without throwing your iron sights or optic out of alignment. The handguard mates direct to the upper and features anti-rotational tabs. The handguard is installed using our steel low profile barrel nut which requires no timing as it fits under the gas system.
The 10.5" barrel is produced from raw bar stock to finished product. The barrel is properly stress relieved after rifling, and extensions are torqued after nitride. Superior quality control system ensures that all barrels are dimensionally correct and bores fall well within their individual tolerance.

We used our Crusader Muzzle Device to pack value and savings into this build. The Crusader provides an approximate reduction of 30% of felt recoil and muzzle rise over traditional flash hiders.
The .750 CNC machined caged lightweight cut paired with a stainless steel gas tube. As always you have comfort that even the smaller parts are USA Made.
The charging handle is made from 6061-T6 barstool and milled to spec. A milspec forward assist and dust cover installed.
