Our Cold Hammer Barrel series are produced with high quality control in mind and are the standard for machine guns like the M249 SAW. The Rod of Judgement is designed for sustained combat. Pure and simple. These barrels are rated for sustained fire and due to the cold hammer forged manufacturing process and chrome lining these barrels will have a significantly longer life span then standard barrel profiles. (Roughly 40-50k) rounds.
Machines from raw bar stock. We drill, ream, rifle, contour, and assemble, with the help of our fully automated and robotic-driven production line. All of our barrels are properly stress-relieved after rifling, and extensions are torqued.
Our quality control system ensures that all barrels are dimensionally correct and bores fall well within their individual tolerance.
